budget plan

Do my Hobby, need some money, yes, i work at local office. goodnews, i got montly salary, but i have limited budget to build my hobby, mostly 10 USD (or 100rb 1 USD=10rb) not more than that. so can you give me information about the cheapest sparepart ? from DSA page i found the price of PIC 16f84 is 35rb and AT8051 15rb, hmm... i don't want mailed sparepart. cause i only one bought one, homebrew, i do it myself.
