This is light controller. Use infra red sensor to detect any human move .controller output connected to relay to Drive light on off. Use IC 4017 decade counter n IC 555 timer.

satu lagi runnning LED menggunakan IC 4017 saya berkunjung ke websitenya mas andy holmes pemilik elektro-bee.blogspot.com menggunakan resistor 1k pada tiap led. yg harusnya bisa disederhanakan menjadi satu biji 1k ohm yg diseri pada common katoda (kaki katoda LED yang bersama sama digabung menuju ground)

i boring with that LEDs.. I need more complex animation. This time use IC MIcro !!!!
i choose 89c2051 has 8+7 lines output.. enough to animate LED Matrix Display 5x7 :-)
